Day two of my bronze and brighten series is all about one of my favourite Benefit Tints – Sun Beam (£19.50). Benefit have a whole family of lip and cheek tints in their signature nail varnish style bottle. Some of them are highlighters and some are tints suitable for lips and cheeks. Sun Beam is part of the highlighting range and is described by Benefit as being Sunshine in a Bottle! Who doesn’t want sunshine in a bottle?
This is a lovely light golden bronze highlighting fluid which can be dabbed on the cheeks under or over make up, and can also be used to highlight the brow bone area.
As with most of the Benefit products, a little goes a long way and I like to dab 3 dots of sun beam on to my cheeks and blend them in an upwards motion. I sometimes dab one dot on my brow bones also and blend with my fingers.
With this product being a highlighter it is equally gorgeous over a powder bronzer such as Hoola, Benefit’s matte bronze offering. Layering the products gives an added dimension and that extra bit of dewy glow which is just the look for this season.
You can grab hold of your very own Sun Beam by visiting any Benefit counter in your local Boots or Debenhams. Quick, go!
